AUDIO: A Good Time to be Flipping Burgers

January 26, 2018

If you think fast food managers don't get paid well, think again! Southern California fast food chain In-N-Out Burger recently revealed that its store managers, on average, earn more than $160,000 a year. Workers at the chain start out at $13 an hour and can work their way up the ladder to a managerial position. Not too shabby!

Starbucks employees are also doing pretty well these days! The company announced that about 150,000 employees will receive a raise and stock grants this year due to changes in the corporate tax law. Starbucks hasn't said how big the raise will be, but it will take effect in April.

Mike and Allie are now considering a career change!
