David Bowie Has "No Plan" (Music Video)

David Bowie's No Plan EP is a new four-track release from the late, great rocker who would have turned 70 on January 8. A music video for the title track "No Plan" can be seen below.

The No Plan EP serves as the final output from Bowie, who recorded these tracks off the soundtrack to his musical, Lazarus, shortly before he died on January 10, 2016.
