The Doors have just released the 50th Anniversary Deluxe Edition of "Morrison Hotel", the classic 1970 album that features "Roadhouse Blues", "Peace Frog", "Waiting For The Sun" and many others.

The Deluxe Edition features two CD's and includes never before released early versions of songs; alternate takes and in-studio conversations between the band and their producer.

Doors' guitarist Robby Krieger (the man who wrote "Light My Fire") talked with Dave O'Brien about what it was like to record the album; what Jim Morrison was like off-stage and how difficult it was to be in a band that was constantly surrounded by controversy.

Krieger has also recently released a solo album "The Ritual Begins At Sundown".
