Law enforcement officials announced Tuesday that the shoes stolen from the Judy Garland Museum in her hometown of Grand Rapids, Minn., have been found. Unfortunately, no thief has been apprehended.

If your phone starts freaking out later this morning, don't panic! Denver will be testing its Wireless Emergency Alert system today.  Cell phones and other mobile devices located within the city will be receiving a message between 11 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.  Users are being warned that their devices will go off loudly.  It's the first test of its kind in Denver and one of the largest in the U.S.

Yesterday was the first day of Supreme Court Justice nominee Brett Kavanaugh's confirmation hearings. It did not go well. Capitol Police say they arrested 70 people who were demonstrating during the hearing. More than 60 people were charged with disorderly conduct and nine others were charged with obstructing.  On to day two!
