October 30, 2018

Funeral services begin today for some of the victims of the synagogue shooting in Pittsburgh. Brothers David and Cecil Rosenthal, and Dr. Jerry Rabinowitz will be laid to rest this morning. President Trump and First Lady Melania will also be visiting the city today.

There was a shooting at a high school near Charlotte, North Carolina yesterday. Officials say the act of violence was the result of bullying.  The victim has been identified as 16-year-old Bobby McKeithen.  The suspect is the same age and is now facing first-degree murder charges.

It's a week until Election Day, and so far voter turnout is around 19-percent statewide.  The Colorado Secretary of State's Office says nearly 620-thousand ballots had been turned in as of yesterday.  That's out of more than three-million registered voters in the state.  People have until 7 p.m. next Tuesday to get their ballots returned to their respective county clerk's office.
