Three Things You Need to Know on May 30th

Special Counsel Robert Mueller says he and his team of prosecutors didn't have the option of charging President Trump with obstruction of justice.  Mueller said yesterday that they were blocked by a longstanding Justice Department policy that a sitting president can't be charged with a federal crime.  He did say though that if he had confidence that the President clearly did not commit a crime, he would have said so.   

Now, low-rated passengers may be banned from using Uber's services.  The ride-sharing company has allowed passengers to rate drivers for years, and it has sometimes cost drivers their jobs.  Uber announced Tuesday that now passengers who get low marks from drivers will be given warnings, and suggestions on how to improve their rating, or banned from use.  

Arapahoe Basin is extending its season once again, this time into summer.  The ski area will end daily operations this Sunday, but will re-open for Friday through Sunday service until June 23rd.  The first day of summer is June 21st.  The latest A-Basin has stayed open is August 10th back in 1995.
