Incumbent Mayor Michael Hancock will serve a third term.  The Mayor of Denver secured over 78-thousand votes, which is nearly 56-percent, during yesterday's runoff election.  Challenger Jamie Giellis conceded after 9 p.m. 

Oakland, California is now the second city in the country to decriminalize so-called magic mushrooms.  The city council on Tuesday passed a resolution that instructs law enforcement to stop investigating and prosecuting people using certain natural psychedelics.  

Personal information of more than seven and-a-half million people has been compromised. LabCorp said Tuesday data of seven-point-seven million of its patients could have been exposed. This comes one day after Quest Diagnostics announced a data breach affecting 12-million patients.
