A landmark criminal justice reform bill has cleared the Senate. The First Step Act passed overwhelmingly Tuesday, and leaders in the House say they will take up the bill this week. President Trump is a supporter of the bipartisan measure. The bill expands job training and other prison programs designed to keep released inmates from returning to prison.

The Trump Foundation will dissolve in a deal with New York's attorney general.  Attorney General Barbara Underwood alleged a shocking pattern of illegality by the charitable foundation.

Phillip Lindsay's underdog story of making the NFL as an undrafted free agent is getting even more unbelievable.  The rookie running back was named to the Pro Bowl yesterday.  Lindsay set records for all-purpose yards at the University of Colorado but was not drafted by any NFL team.  He signed a rookie free-agent contract with the Broncos, made the team and then became a starter.  Lindsay is the first undrafted offensive player to make the Pro Bowl in his rookie season.
