Three Things You Need to Know on August 1st

More Democratic presidential candidates took to the stage in Detroit last night. Hawaii Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard is the most googled candidate following the debates.  On the other hand, the least googled candidate for the night was Colorado Senator Michael Bennet. 

The Woodstock 50 Music Festival has been officially cancelled.  Organizers announced yesterday the festival hit a series of setbacks and it won't go on next month.  Recently, Miley Cyrus, Jay-Z, Dead And Company and John Fogerty pulled out of the event after organizers said it was moving from New York to Maryland.   

The Broncos are in Canton, Ohio tonight to open preseason play in the Hall of Fame Game against the Falcons.  Quarterback Joe Flacco will not play, which means Kevin Hogan gets the start.  Second-round draft pick Drew Lock and undrafted rookie Brett Rypien are also expected see time at quarterback.  Kickoff against Atlanta is 6 p.m. Mountain Time tonight.
