Three Things You Need to Know on April 24th

The FBI is in Sri Lanka to help investigate the bombings that killed more than 350 people on Easter.  A Bureau spokeswoman said Tuesday that agents are assisting local authorities probe the attacks on a number of churches and hotels popular with Westerners.  ISIS has claimed responsibility for the attacks that also left more than 500 injured. 

The contractor working on Denver International Airport's terminal renovation now says the project may be delayed by as much as 18 months.  Great Hall Partners says weakness in the concrete floor inside the new terminal could delay the finish of the project until the spring of 2023.  Two months ago, a report on the concrete problems estimated a delay of about ten months.  DIA says mitigation efforts already underway could help decrease the delay. 

RTD is ready to get the long awaited G-Line open this weekend.  The media was given a sneak preview of the new commuter rail service yesterday.  RTD CEO and general manager Dave Genova says it's going to be a great connector for people who live in the western suburbs.  The line running from Union Station to Wheat Ridge is set to start service on Friday.  Rides will be free until May 11th.
