Three Things You Need to Know on August 26th

President Trump and other world leaders are winding things up the G7 summit in the south of France. Trump sparked excitement earlier today when he told reporters China wants to come back to the negotiating table and that he plans to hold trade talks shortly. 

Disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein is schedule to be arraigned today in Manhattan on a new charge of sexual misconduct.  This marks the fourth indictment brought against Weinstein, who's been accused of rape, charges he denies while maintaining any sex he had was consensual.  His trial is just weeks away.   

Denver police will be calibrating its gunshot detection system tonight.  There will be live gunfire tests in downtown and in the western part of the city.  Police say bullet traps will be use to ensure public safety, and no shots will be fired into the air or into the ground.  Those tests will take place between 6 p.m. and midnight.
